A new, contemporary residential rental complex with a second phase under construction at the intersections of Wellington, Eddy and Saint-Rédempteur Streets, We 3, the third phase of the rental We series, adds 342 high-end apartments and an all-inclusive lifestyle.
“Our goal, with all of the local businesses on the ground floor, is to provide an all-inclusive living experience where you literally don’t need to leave the building; even though it’s in downtown Gatineau, near everything,” says Catherine Miron, the director of marketing for the Heafey Group.
“In terms of the stores, our objective is to offer a variety of local businesses with local products.”
Located in one of Outaouais’ most vibrant neighborhoods, the project already houses everything you need to save time and add to the ease of everyday life, including a grocery store, bistro-boutique, barber shop, pet store and a new ice cream shop that recently opened, the Rebelle creamery, which is 100 per cent produced locally from the Laiterie de l’Outaouais.
Along with Saveurs Épicerie urbaine, Olivia bistro-boutique, La Chaise Barber shop, Chico and Rebelle, the commercial space will also include a restaurant, Poulet Rouge, and a gym, Anytime Fitness, both of which are opening this fall, when We 3 will be ready for occupancy.
In addition to the sprawling commercial space and the suite of amenities that We 2 already offers, including an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a lounge, We 3 will also have its own mix of carefully curated common areas adding to the overall experience of the collective, which is what the project — including its name — is all about.

We 3 will have a rooftop pool that’s going to be available year-round and is more than just a place to relax, as it includes an integrated, fully-adjustable swim module designed for Aquafitness that can be used for swimming in place or more vigorous workouts.
A rooftop terrace with a stunning panoramic view and a chic, inviting atmosphere plus a sauna and a rooftop lounge with a breathtaking view of the Ottawa River and the Gatineau Park will sit alongside the pool.
The amenities also include a fully-equipped fitness room with modern equipment and accessories; a yoga space, a peaceful sanctuary designed to make mindfulness part of your everyday life; and a modern workspace with closed offices.
Ranging in size from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units, We 3’s apartments provide as much variety as the rest of the building.
“We offer a large selection of unit styles. You can choose a unit with just a shower, a bath and a shower, and one or two bathrooms,” says Miron.
“Also, depending on the style that you gravitate towards, you can choose a unit with light or dark finishings, as the finishings vary every four floors.”

All-inclusive like the rest of the project, the units come with a fridge, stove and dishwasher, washer and dryer, internet, heating, electricity, central air conditioning and roll-up window coverings as well as a key fob and 1Valet security system for complete peace of mind.
Following in the LEED-certified We 2’s sustainable footsteps, We 3 will also be pursuing its own LEED certification, which was a non-negotiable for the project, according to the developer.
