Louis Da Silva
Louis Da Silva is in charge of coordinating and implementing construction and maintenance projects in the Canadian real estate portfolio. Mr. Da Silva must also ensure that the files between the Heafey Group and its construction professionals such as the contractors, engineers and architects are handled properly. Since joining the Group in 2002, Mr. Da Silva has accomplished, among other things, the construction of a 150,000 square foot extension at 975 St. Joseph Boulevard in Gatineau, Quebec, and the renovation of a 300,000 square foot building (Place Vincent Massey), which houses the federal government (Environment Canada) in Gatineau. Building on 20 years of experience, Louis Da Silva is a self-taught man who has developed a solid expertise in the field of construction and project management.
