Description
Acquired in 1998 when it was completely vacant, this building, located in Gatineau’s commercial sector on St-Joseph Boulevard, was entirely renovated and leased to technology-based companies in the wake of the Government of Quebec’s tax credit program. Requiring an investment of $4 million, the project was carried out in partnership with a large pension fund and has enjoyed zero vacancy ever since. Its tenants include Cactus Commerce Inc. and the Mouvement des caisses Desjardins.
