In 1998, this building, entirely vacant at the time, was acquired and then completely renovated. Located in the commercial sector of Saint-Joseph Blvd. in Gatineau, it is now leased to technology-based businesses under a Quebec government tax credit program. As a result of a partnership with an investment fund and following a $4 million investment, the commercial office building has since achieved a 100% occupancy rate. The Hull CDTI includes among its tenants Cactus Commerce Inc. and the Mouvement des caisses Desjardins.
