Eric Lamontagne
Project Manager
A graduate of EMCM as an internal systems installer and former general contractor, Mr. Lamontagne joined our team in 2008 as a maintenance employee. His role quickly broadened as an assistant to the property maintenance department. Mr. Lamontagne manages, coordinates, and implements all renovation projects for our current and future commercial tenants. With fifteen years of experience, he is in charge of the fit-up and maintenance for some of the group’s high profile properties.
