Charles Masse
VP Development & Operations
Charles Masse joined the Heafey Group in 1995 as director of planning. With more than 30 years of real estate experience Mr. Masse’s responsibilities consist of the marketing and leasing of commercial spaces and acting as liaison with the public sector and the media. In 1999 Mr. Masse instigated Gatineau’s first and only CDTI building, a high-tech incubator supported by the Government of Quebec. Since then he has been involved in a variety of real estate projects, most recently the VIU, a prestigious 19-storey residential condominium building overlooking Parliament Hill. Mr. Masse’s current projects include the planning and development of the group’s land in downtown Gatineau into a 2,200-unit mixed-use complex.
