The project
Peaks Everest will be located across from the Everest Heights development, adding four additional towers to the area.
Tower 1 will be 15 stories tall and include 116 units, consisting of one-bedroom with living room and two-bedroom layouts. A St-Hubert restaurant, including drive-thru service, will be located in one of the commercial spaces in Tower 1.
Tower 2 will also be 15 stories and feature 268 mixed units with a variety of bedroom configurations, along with 2 additional commercial units.
Tower 3 will have 12 stories and offer 95 mixed units with multiple bedroom layout options.
Tower 4 will be a 12-story building with 193 units, offering a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom with living room, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with living room configurations.
In total, the four towers will provide 672 units. Finally, Towers 1 and 3 will share a connected underground parking garage.
