Acquired in 1989, the Campbellton City Centre features a 49,000-square-foot office tower and a 98,000-square-foot regional shopping center. Major tenants include the Government of New Brunswick (Public Works), Dollarama, Shoppers, Rossy, Kadam, Prestige Jewelers, Deja Viu Optics, and other services.
Renovated in 2019, the complex also includes a Quality Hotel and a conference center, located in the heart of downtown Campbellton, the gateway to the Atlantic provinces.
